I am thrilled to attend Matthew Goodheart’s composition seminar at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where I’ll have the opportunity to share my recent compositions and technology-related projects. Last April, I performed reciprocal response with new_LOrk, the New York University Laptop Orchestra, at RPI. This performance was part of the Reembodied Sounds Festival and Symposium, which Matthew chaired. The festival was an incredible experience, especially for my students who had never attended such an event before. I eagerly anticipate reconnecting with Matthew and meeting his students next month!

I am eagerly looking forward to visiting the CUNY (City University of New York) Graduate Center on Monday, February 5, 2024, to present my recent work and research on handmade objects developed for new_LOrk, with a particular focus on utilizing various transducers. The Composers Seminar is under the direction of Professor Douglas Geers at Brooklyn College, and I am thrilled to engage with emerging composers and scholars at CUNY.
